Thank you for visiting and shopping at Bricko! We are committed to delivering your custom MOC building block sets to you as quickly and safely as possible. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Order Processing Time (Handling Time)
- All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your cleared payment.
- During this time, our workshop carefully prepares your order, packs the premium micro-toothed bricks, inspects the tools (mini hammer), and prints your step-by-step color instruction manual to ensure the highest quality.
- You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
To offer the best experience for our global community, we proud to offer FREE Worldwide Shipping on all orders.
- Target Markets (United States & Europe): Estimated delivery time is 7 to 14 business days.
- Other Countries: Estimated delivery time may vary from 10 to 18 business days depending on the destination bưu điện customs processing.
Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to peak shopping seasons, holidays, or customs clearance procedures, which are beyond our control.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
- We treat your package with the utmost care. Once your package is handed over to our international express courier service, a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) will be sent to you immediately.
- The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours, allowing you to follow your package's journey from our workshop directly to your doorstep.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
- Bricko is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or sales taxes applied to your order by your country’s local government.
- All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.) in accordance with local regulations.
5. Damaged or Missing Items
- If you receive your order damaged, please contact our support team immediately with photos of the packaging and items so we can assist you.
- Missing Pieces? Don't worry! While we always pack 5% - 10% extra spare parts in every box, if you still find yourself missing a crucial brick during assembly, simply email us. We will ship the missing pieces to you completely free of charge.
